How do I return an item?

RETURNED ITEMS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

- Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt- no exceptions.

- Item(s) must be in original, unworn condition, free of odor and in original packaging.

- Item(s) must be returned accompanied by this return Form. Missing fields will result in delay of processing your return.

-Clearance and undergarments including swimwear are non-returnable.

-Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

-A 20% restocking fee is applied to all refunds.

-Store Credit is valid only at www.moderntrendzfashion.com.

-We reserve the right to refuse any return that show any signs of wear.

-Refunds that include shipping related charges are granted only on transactions where product is inspected by HotMiamiStyles and deemed defective or in error.
